That?s a pretty high standard in my book but her reviews were glowing so I made an appointment. It?s only hair right? It will grow..at least that was what I told myself driving up to Sachi.\r

Fear not. Lisa delivers and she does it with warmth and finesse. I felt it the moment I sit down. She talked to me, not through the reflection on the mirror, but turning the chair away and face to face. She listened to me ramble on about my woes, she asked me about my hair rather than what you might expect..there was no picking up my hair disdainfully within pinched fingers and letting it drip back to my head. No none of that. She really heard me, offered suggestions, and patiently answered my questions. All this before the utensils, brushes, foil, or water even came close to my head. And it only got better as the appointment rolled on. It doesn?t take long to realize you are watching a true master at work. The transformation was immediate and it took me a few days for it all to sink in. Instant compliments that continue to this day three months on! I waited this long to write the review to really feel that the follow-ups would be as good as the first visit. They are and I?m a convert.\r

I can?t speak highly enough for the service she provides. My only warning ?.. be prepared for the compliments! You?ll be startled where they come from ..(the gal at the bank, the market, your friends, family?) and they don?t stop. \r
Pros: Amazing talent in cut and color, warmth of staff, ease of appointments
