What a NIGHTMARE! I've never written a review for anything. I had to sign up just to write a review about my AWFUL experience with Yolanda's maid service. I cant believe they have so many great reviews on City search.
I am absolutely disgusted! I bought a new house and wanted to get it cleaned before move in. I hired them to clean 5 bathrooms and my kitchen, and the carpet in 4 rooms. they did 2 carpets, 3 bathrooms and a shitty job on my kitchen for more than double the original estimate.When I say shitty I mean there was actually rat shit in the drawers and some cabinets weren't even touched and were filled with rotting stuff from the former owners. I wish I could show pictures. The refrigerator still had nasty glob all over the seal. They didnt even get to one of the bathrooms and another one actually made your shoes stick to the floor. On top of that hey used regular soap in my viking dishwasher and broke it . I ended up paying $1250 for that! What a nightmare! Then on top of it. I had my regualar maid come in to try and get the place livable before thanksgiving and They had taken most of our cleaning supplies, so I had to go out and buy all new stuff. When I complained. they were willing to pay for the cleaning supplies, but said that that it was just an estimate and not their fault that they could only manage a fraction of the work in more than DOUBLE the time and $$$$. I hope this review saves someone from a similar nightmare. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
