Review content:
Do not rent your property through this company. I rented my home through them and quickly learned how dishonest they were. Despite multiple emails and phone conversations they had renters sign a lease beyond the length I had originally requested. I ended up having to pay the renters several thousand dollars to move out so that I could move into my own home. They accepted no responsibility despite all of our correspondence prior to the renters signing the lease and in fact were actually rude about it. It seems that they are too disorganized to keep track of all of their properties. I was also sent to collections because they failed to pay the interim utility bills they had ASKED ME to forward to them! Again they accepted no responsibility. In the end I ended up paying several thousand extra dollars for these errors. They are a business first and foremost and and are only out to make money. There are plenty of excellent rental companies in Portland like Mainlander Property Management and Pilot Property Management. You would be better off to use one of them.
