Review content:
Poor rental company overall. Website was nice but I supplied multiple pictures of my great view condo for them to use that were not used. Other listings had multiple photos. They never communicated effectively and I felt as though they were not working to get my place rented. Everything was very lackadasical and they didn't seem to worry that I was paying for a condo sitting vacant. Also, I had over 10 showings on the condo and they were not able to get one renter to rent; shows they cannot close the deal. In the end I cancelled my contract with them after 90 days and went with another company. The most telling of this company is that the other property management company was able to rent my unit in less than 30 days to the second renter that toured the place. Avoid at all costs.
Pros: Location, decent website.
Cons: No communication, can't close the deal.
