This is hands down the worst property management company in existence. Even if you love the potential home/apartment/condo - DON'T do it. You'll be walking into a nightmare. Upon move in, they were to notify the property to prepared for my arrival. They did not. I had to pay for movers to stand around for 2 hrs while they figured it out. The first week the furnace didn't work, although I paid for rent. In the middle of my contract they raised the rent; by the end of my contract I paid $200 more a month for rent. Although anyone who knows me calls me super Type A ridiculously clean, upon move out they charged me over $500 for repairs that were ridiculous including money for the garage opener that was left in the draw upon their request. In my 14 yrs in Portland, I've never experienced such a total lack of professionalism.
