Yolandas Maid was wonderful! They responded to my email request immediately, sent a supervisor within days to look at my house and give an honest estimate of the amount of time and cost it would be for a really thorough cleaning and listened to all my priorities--for example green products when possible because of asthma/environmental concerns, focusing on getting rid of dust, cobwebs, which areas were wishful vs necessary. The estimate seemed quite expensive compared to other companies but seriously worth it! The two women who came, Martha and Ruby were awesome-so nice and professional, extremely punctual, didn't mind my dog, and were efficient and very communicative. They made sure I was happy with the rooms checking if I wanted something done and letting me know in advance what they thought they couldn't get to in the time frame. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to these things. :)
