When I called, the customer service reps were extremely professional and explained every aspect of their cleaning service to me. In other words I wasn't slammed with extra ""hidden"" fees after the cleaning was done, everything was spelled out to me prior to even confirming an appointment. I had them come in for a Move-In job to an empty 2 bedroom apartment. They sent two maids, both of whom showed up 10 and 5 minutes earlier than the agreed upon start time. I supplied all the cleaning supplies and when I returned 4 hours later, the apartment was spotless. They cleaned in and out of kitchen cabinets, the ceiling fans, the windows. I was extremely satisfied with the work these two ladies did. They even managed to remove some paint splatters on the hardwood floors and carpet. The bathroom was spotless and was scrubbed thoroughly. I hired them for this one time cleaning for my parents (one of them disabled) who were moving into a apartment in an older house and their 4 hours of work saved us at least 3 days of cleaning had we done it ourselves! I highly recommend Yolandas maid and maintenance
