Too Slow and DID NOT USE GREEN PRODUCTS. The first thing the two women did when they arrived was to tell me they were starting work at 9:15 and they had 2 hours. This was before seeing the house or discussing the work. I knew they would be clock watchers.\r \r I told them I wanted to have the bathrooms cleaned, the kitchen cleaned and if they had more time to mop the floors. I have 4 bathrooms. They immediately said they didn't think they could finish the bathrooms in that time. they barely did.\r \r 2 hours...2 people and they managed to clean 2 bathrooms. We've had house cleaners before and 1 person usually can manage 4 bathrooms in 1 hour. I almost threw them out but figured they might as well finish.\r \r I sent an email to complain to them but received no response until the next day. I normally don't like to issue public complaints because my goal is not to hurt a business. Any experience can be bad one time, but when they don't respond quickly it shows they don't care what people thing and need to upgrade on their customer service response.
