My boyfriend and I went here one night when we were tired of settling for the not-so-great sushi elsewhere. The atmosphere is really neat inside ""I Love Sushi"" it wasn't very crowded when we went, but I think this is due to the fact that it was a game night for the Cowboys, or the restauraunt is fairly new. Anyways, we were promptly seated at the sushi bar by a very nice host and introduced to our waiter immediatly. He took our drink order and told us how to order. There was a paper menu at our seat which we marked on with pencils that are already at the sushi bar in little glass vases. Then, when we selected what we wanted we just handed the paper to the sushi chef. \r
The chef handed us our food as he finished it, rather than waiting until he was done making everything so it was all SOO fresh. The waiter never let our drinks be less than half empty and the attention to detail on the rolls was AWESOME and everything tasted really wonderful an fresh. \r
I highly recommend this place. its just great.\r
