its an average indian market but the customer service sucks big time (not all the employees who work there but this one lady in particular). I wanted to try an indian cosmetic line so I bought a face cream which was worth $6. When I came home I saw that the mfg. date on the box was from feb' 2008(i was unaware that a store would carry such old stuff) and was only good for 24 months after the mfg. date. I never opened the product. I went there the next day to exchange it with the same product; but a current mfg. date. I also provided the receipt to the lady. She was so rude and started giving me a total BS; that all the cosmetics were nonrefundable and it was a insurance liability for them...Well, first of all they were selling something that already had expired; and other thing I was asking for an even exchange not a refund. And again she was talking about insurance liability for a cream worth $6...give me a break..I do strongly suggest her to take up a class for ""How to run a business 101"". Even the store manager offered to help me out (knowing that I was right), but this lady had a big ego and attitude problem; so he wasn't able to go against her decision( i guess she was at a higher position....don't know how???)... My advice to the shoppers: Make sure to check the mfg. and exp. dates before you put anything in your cart, because you're not getting a refund even though the items are expired. And they do have really old stuff on their shelves. For me, Well they lost me as their client and also I am not referring them to anyone else. Good luck for the way they're running their business.
