Service guy came out fix my dryer...said it was all fixed. I came home that night with my dryer still running from when I left and my house full of smoke with my dogs inside. The clothes inside were melted to each other and totally ruined. My house would have burned down if I hadn't of come home at that point. I asked to be refunded the value of the clothes in the dryer. They said they would submit it to their insurance company. The insurance was denied so they only paid 40% of the value. It's not my fault they don't carry adequate insurance! They should have paid the total value. They could have paid out a lot more should the house have burned. They do not return phone calls and this has been going on for months. I should start charging interest! I would not recommend them at all. Companies these days promise the world but then have a problem delivering. What a shame!
