I'm in the process of purchasing a carpet from Rite Floor Covering only because this Don guy claimed he could beat Home Depot estimate and I left 100.$ deposit prematurely. I told this Don guy that my wife needed to see the carpet before we could make a decision, but he insisted on a deposit? The deposit was basically to cover the measure fee of 75 bucks if we decided to cancel after Don came out to measure, which he came out to do before my wife saw the carpet. Bottom Line. This Don is a real piece of attitude, I prefer to lose 100 bucks than to do any business with this company.
