Review content:
I had a White, single stage snowblower with a broken scraping blade and worn out auger paddles. I called Midwest Power Equipment after an unpleasant ordeal with a different small engine business. I was greeted pleasantly over the phone and explained my dilemma. I was told I could bring the machine in the next morning and Midwest would see if they had the needed parts on hand or order them if necessary. ( I was worried about the ""Parts Order"" as I had just retrieved my machine from other said business after waiting six days for parts! ) At 10am the next morning, I dropped my machine off at Midwest. I was greeted promptly when I walked thru the doors, my information was taken quickly and the fellas unloaded the machine from my vehicle. By 6pm that evening, I received a call telling me my machine was repaired and would be ready for pick up first thing in the morning. After two snowstorms, 15"" of snow and two days before Christmas, I think Midwest deserves my future business as well as a big thank you for their quick service.
Pros: Knowledgable, Good Retail Selection, Parts Replacements on Hand
