I already felt sorry when i saw the other posts, but it was too late.\r

I was moving from one local city to another with 10 miles. i could not believe it took them 13 hours to do that with 3 guys and a truck. they also broke my sofa while try to push it out of my front door. when we got to my new place, i found out one of my corner cabnet door also broke, and the speaker stands for my stereo system were bended among a list of other things. their manager asked me to fill out the claim form, but until now, 10 months later, i have not seen a single penny. i called them multiple times and they told me they will work on it every single time. i felt really sorry that i took their words and paid them after the move. admitted that i have a lot of stuff to move, but i could not believe it took them 13 hours from my 1100 sf ranch. i agree with the other reviewer, these guys are crooks, should have been shut for business for ever.
Cons: poor experience, poor customer service
