I had my first ever facial with Kristin and am very grateful for her patience in assessing my skin and explaining the options that were appropriate for my skin type. Kristin had excellent knowledge of her products and procedures and really listened well to my concerns--I was getting ready for my wedding and wanted to have a big improvement but also worried about reactions, too. The spa environment was very private, warm and comfortable--perfectly soothing and indulgent. Kristin was superbly professional in setting my expectations for how dermabrasion would feel and how it works in combination with various facial treatments. I was a bit nervous, I'll admit, but I was excited to get great results in my first treatment and have already booked more follow-on appointments. You'll be in good hands!
