Before I went for my extensive wax , I called and talked to Annalize. She talked to me for a long time, and was no pressure at all when it came to making the appointment. She wanted me to feel comfortable first with the idea of the procedure. She was so friendly, knowledgable and comforting, I made the appointment. I have had waxes in the past, but nothing like this. I was afraid of the pain, and Annalize made it as pain free as it could be. The environment and staff were professional, clean, calm, relaxing. It really was a great experience. I am now a regular returning customer. I really wouldn't go anywhere else. Finding the place initially was a challenge. It is on the side of the building, facing the west side of the street, no parking directly spots in front of the spa. I have highly recommended the spa to many people I know.
