I have Fresh Tech Maid's service for a few months. I am impressed by its quality control. I get not only a quality post card with pre-paid postage for me to evaluate the cleaning, but also a phone call from the company two days after each cleaning. \r

Cleaning is hard to be perfect. Fresh Tech Maid's service quality is very good from day 1. The quality control system, however, really make its service even better over time. I have the opportunity to tell Fresh Tech about our great experience as well as minor issues I found. Fresh Tech always fixes these minor issues in a manner beyond our expectations.\r

I keep Fresh Tech Maid Services, because its service quality, started pretty solid from the start, improves even better over time, not decrease like most of other house cleaning companies.\r
