Review content:
I bought a gift there-a coffee table book, and went online a couple days later to learn more about the photographer, whose work was featured in the book. Turned out that almost any site from Amazon to Overstock, to photographer's official site, sells the book for almost twice less than I paid in Kitson.\r Kitson does not allow returns, so I contacted their customer service asking them to match the online price or give me a partial store credit or offer another solution they felt was suitable. They made me write an email to the regional office explaining the situation, and then a week later I receive this email: ""Hi (my name),\r We received your e-mail from the Robertson store in regards to the price adjustment. When you get a chance can you please call us at 3103.855.9635.""-Messed up phone number, no name who should I talk to... However, I called, and their assistant manager told me that they don't do price adjustments and there is nothing they could do. Couldn't she say that in her email? I was supposed to call to hear that? Very unprofessional and careless.
