Review content:
I called SEARS to fix the leakage in my Central AC. So, they subcontracted through DAG to come and fix the issue. Instead he recommended to put a NEW CENTRAL A/C and Furnace unit for peace of mind. What a joke. It was never installed properly, he took lot longer to fix it than originally promised (parts needed to be ordered and what not). He ever told me that he put extra FREON but he can't undo it now. However, he assured that there's no hard in it (What a joke). Now less than two years later, the A/C has leakage and there's no Freon. I tried reaching SEARS (worst company ever).. they are not taking responsibility. Then i called DAG so many times but its going to a voice machine in his basement or something. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL GUY!!! He's not responding and not leaving me with any other options than to sue him in the court. I am already in the process of talking to my attorney. After spending $7000 in the entire new unit, who would think i have to deal with this non-sense. DO NOT WASTE your time going to this guy and make your friends aware of that too.
