Review content:
Needed to rent a lamborghini for about a week since a few of my friends were in town, so I wanted to show them around in style. The Lamborghini Club made it reasonably affordable and so easy. That's what I really appreciated most; the great customer service that made the experience that much more pleasant. You know, these days all too often, I think that people underestimate how much of a difference a simple thing like customer service can make. It's really just as simple as a genuine non-fake smile, or asking you how you're doing, but really meaning it. Too many times people just leave this sour taste in your mouth by their bad attitude. I certainly don't allow it to ruin my day since my happiness does not lie in the hands of others, but nevertheless, it does kinda make my experience less pleasureable and enjoyable. I think that if these guys continue with this simple little quality, they will ensure that their customers keep returning. I mean, they already have good quality taken care of when it comes to the actual vehicles they lend out. Oh, and another perk is that they actually deliver the car right to your door. Great!
