When we started 4 years ago, my children loved it, they learned a lot, had good teachers and so I loved it too. By now most of the teachers are 'kids' and their lack of experience shows. My children followed a nice curve of improvement in the first years, it then tapered off and now I see my children get worse. The teachers spend unequal time with children, the children do not get challenged and it is nor unlikely for a child to do nothing for 20 minutes while waiting to have a turn. For parents looking for a fun and safe place to 'park' their children, this might be worth it. For parents that like their children to learn and progress, it is a waste. Make-up policies are extremely strict and difficult, staff is not helpful in resolving questions and issues that come up.\r

On the plus side is a convenient location, a cafeteria and windows to watch the children. The changing room is terrible, most children just change in the lobby and in the winter it can get very smelly.\r
Pros: location, hours and schedule, nice to watch kids and hang out
Cons: inconsistent, unhelpful staff, desinterested in progress
