Title Something had subtlety “shifted” inside of me…\r \r Review I came to Dynamic Mind Institute looking for help finding balance between my work and personal lives, to address a blossoming addiction and to feel more centered and more present in my own life. Work, family issues and the pile up of the baggage of the past had built to an unacceptable level. As with many people, it took a lot for me to seek help. I thought I could get myself through these issues as I had done in the past. I realized I couldn’t and decided to try hypnosis. I spoke with friends and read about others finding a way through issues in this manner and thought it couldn’t hurt. Over the past few weeks, a day or so after each session, I realized something had subtlety “shifted” inside of me and I felt lighter and happier emotionally. I know the cynics will be: “Yeah, right. You’re a Fruit Loop”. If I had come to Dynamic Mind Institute with any other attitude than being open to the process, I would still be stuck and probably would not have kicked the addiction that was beginning to take hold of my life. I am no longer that person focusing on the next time I can indulge the monster, no longer looking to fade into the background, no longer so unhappy. Thank you very much Joe! \r \r My advice to anyone considering hypnosis, please set aside any preconceptions until you have experienced a session or two. Let it “gel” in your head a few days then check and see how you feel. Good Luck!\r \r JR\r \r 6-19-2009\r \r Pros: Comfortable envoironment, flexible hours
