I enjoy being a member of the Salsa Salsa Dance Studio. There are so many instructors male and female and such a diverse amount of classes offered every day of the week which fits me perfectly with 2 young children and a husband at home. I'm one who doesn't like to workout but I like to refer my salsa classes as well as dance socials I attend as my workout sessions. I have never had such a good sweat while having so much fun. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and there are people from all parts of NYC and nationalities who come down to this studio. I love salsa and if you're someone who enjoys to dance or wants to learn a different form of dance or perfect what you know I would highly recommend you to join a class. Give yourself a chance you too may fall in love with this dance/workout/fun!!!
