This letter is intended to express our appreciation for the dedicated efforts, hard work, and the outstanding quality of service provided by Superior Roofing and Kevin Dierkes in replacing the roof of my Victorian home. We were apprehensive about the entire process because of the unfortunate experiences we have had with past contractors. We called Superior roofing based on the recommendations of the “Home Reports” and Kudzu publications and web sites. My spouse and I called Superior Roofing and had the pleasure of working with their project supervisor Mr. Kevin Dierkes.
Mr. Dierkes was an absolute delight and a tribute to customer service. The professionalism of Mr. Dierkes and his workers was exemplary to say the least. He was always on time and checked in with us weekly over the three months that it took for us to negotiate a settlement with our insurance company. During the project Kevin checked in with us daily and always promptly returned our telephone calls. I know that our job was difficult due to the age of our home as well as a steeply pitched roof but, as consumers the project was as stress free as we could have hoped. Working with Kevin Dierkes and Superior Roofing has been extremely positive and we will not hesitate to use or recommend Superior Roofing to our friends, family, and neighbors should they ever need their services. Again, I would like to thank Superior Roofing and Kevin Dierkes for a great job well done.
