My entire family has been coming to Premier Cuts since we moved here a year ago from Florida. We've always found them friendly and personable.
Last week I decided to ""change it up"" a little and get my hair colored for the first time in 42 years and my daughter decided to get a wave perm. I had a wide range of emotions running through me however, once I met with Sylvia she put me right at ease.
Sylvia explained the entire process and helped me choose a color (thankfully, because I had no idea what the difference was between blond, medium blond, brown, etc...) and how it would look in my hair.
My daughter's perm turned out exactly the way she wanted not too curly just the perfect wave.
Sylvia made sure to inform us on how to take care of our treated hair and if we had any questions whatsoever not to hesitate to give her a call or come on by to see her. She did an excellent job and I plan on going back to her again. She is charismatic, professional, and she invests herself in her clients. I highly recommend her for color, cut, or perm.
