I must say I had the most disappointing experience with this company. I ordered a Halloween costume called the ""Go Fish Costume"" for Toddlers. It does not show the back of the costume for toddlers like it does for the ""Go Fish Costume"" for the babys. The baby's costume has a fish tail. So being the thorough individual I am, I called and spoke to a representative at BabyStyle. She said to me ""Yes, the back of the toddler costume is identical to the baby's costume."" So that meant it had a tail too. I received it and it absolutely does not. No tail so it doesn't even look like a fish, but a monster from the deep. That is why I called first. I paid $7.33 to ship it back. I decided to call to see if they would refund even half of my shipping due to their employees giving out incorrect information about products they don't apparently have any knowledge of. I spoke to someone in returns and she said ""yes the backs should be the same, but I am sorry they are not and we can not refund any of your original or return shipping."" Even though they agree it's wrong. Let's be ethical here and do what is right. It was the first time I bought from BabyStyle and it will be the last.
