CJ Brown clearly stands out from the crowd. We met the attorney who ran Essential Title who in turn helped us find an agent and our mortgage person. We were headed to another company because we had a bad experience prior with a loudmouth & disgusting CJ Brown agent when we bought a foreclosed property. The attorney assured us that this wouldn't happen again and we met an amazing agent. Our transaction almost blew up but Essential Title really took charge to make sure that everything was smooth for us. Essential Mortgage made the process even better. Essential Title closed the transaction at 11:30 PM on a Saturday night to accomodate both the seller and us. We have now purchased 8 properties using CJ Brown/Essential Title/ and Essential Mortgage and will continue to do so. The two in-house mortgage & title operations really set CJ Brown apart from the competition!!!!!
Pros: Essential Title, the attorney who works there, Essential Mortgage, Mike Anderson,
Cons: still upset with that loudmouth foreclosure agent....wait a disgrace to CJ Brown.
