After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before

Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal
in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content
creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions,
but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe
in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful
content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating,

They have been our property managers for several years and their customer service is horrific.\r
\r
I am routinely notified via mail that my association dues have not been paid and I owe a late fee. They also inform you that if you do not reply, in writing, in 30 days, you will be sent to collections. Just to make it more infuriating, the letters are normally dated 2 weeks or more before it arrives in my mail box.\r

I send my check to them at the end of every month and have never missed a payment. Yet, somehow they manage to not deposit it until the end of the following month resulting in these constant delinquency notices. I have asked for them to manage the process better with no reply.\r

They are utterly inconsiderate and do nothing to resolve situations outside of these written form letters.\r
\r
If you're considering working with them, I HIGHLY discourage you from doing so.
