Do NOT hire this company. They charge you a monthly rate, but you get nothing for it. They then nickle and dime you for every little thing. I am in the process of selling my house. KC property Service is charging me $100 for a letter verifying I'm up to date with my HOA dues. That's almost as much as my yearly HOA dues!! When I was on the board, before this awful company was hired, we use to provide these letters for free. They are a bunch of corrupt business woman.
