A difficult and unprosessional company to work with. After the job was booked, The owner was supposed to arrange financing..he financed me with a company with a high interest rate (without my permission), though I specifically told him I was not interested in that company. He then took month to start the job,would never return phone calls and was always rude when speaking to me. The job took over a month to complete (this is two months from start to finish). The man installing would not show up for several days at a time or would only work a few hours and then leave. My shutters were supposed to be replaced, they were removed but they never showed up to replace them. When I had my gutters replaced, I found the facia that was supposed to run all the way up under the gutters to the roof was very poorly installed and left a lot of exposed wood. The owner would never return my phone calls to resolve the matter. I did file a complaint with Better Business, his response was for me to look at my contract. I'm not sure what he means by that because it doesn't mention the financing or the fact that his employee wouldn't stay to finish the job. I was so frustrated by that time, I paid another company to complete the work and to install new shutters. This is a rip off company
