My house had a slow leak in the upstairs bathroom which dripped into the basement. We hired Encore to locate the leak and fix it, but since we knew that they may have to open walls, we decided to remodel the entire bathroom. Big mistake. The created a bigger mess by not sealing the pipes correctly which caused a massive water leak that damaged our dining room. They did attempt to fix it, but it doesn't look the same and now we just found out that when the reinstalled the toilet, they used the original wax ring. Since the raised the floor about an inch, every time you flush the toilet water had been splashing out. Now we have a mold problem. The work is no where near professional. Stay away from this company. You will end up paying more for someone else to come in and fix their mistakes.
