Review content:
When we arrived, we were intrigued by the ambiance and the beauty of the place. And then it all went downhill from there. \r The waitress took 1.5 hours to bring a drink menu that she couldn't find. She didn't know what was in any of the drinks, she took an eternity to come back to our table so we had to walk to the bar to order drinks ourselves. she bit another waitresses head off for trying to help us. she failed to tell us that they were completely out of something that we ordered on the menu. she started dancing near our table right after she brought us our check. she overcharged on the check by almost $20 and thought we wouldn't notice. When asked to correct the bill, she brought it back partially corrected in the subtotal but still managed to charge us the same tip 20% on a different total. and she taxed on the tip. I asked her to show me how she calculated the check and i asked her if they taxed on the tip there as a standard. she couldn't do it, (couldn't add or multiply or think it seems) she didn't know what the tax rate was in simi valley and in the end she said just to tell her how much she should take off of the bill. \r NO, im not kidding. We told her how much to charge. \r this place is awful. it made me sick to my stomach to have to tip her.\r From what i heard of other tables around me, their service was no better Cons: Where do I begin?
