My husband and I took a couple of lessons and then committed to a few more and paid $199 up front. Then my husband died. I asked Tom and Elizabeth for a refund and they refused, saying: ""Oh, you signed a contract.""\r

Their response to my request for a refund because my husband DIED is absoltuely UNCONSCIONABLE!!!!\r

With an attitude like that, how can they even sleep at night??!! \r
\r
My advice is: don't have anything to do with these money-grubbing JERKS!
