I live here at casa de manana apartments for about 4 years. The previous apartment was fine. My current apartment is hell when it rains. I have water that leakes through, under,and above my door. Water also leaks through my window. A paint bubble formed to a constant drip. It's now a hole where water constantly drips. Mold formed above my door and maintance came and stray painted over it due to an inspection that was going to take place the following day. I have told managment several times but they dont do anything about it. They send the maintance men to try to fix it. but they have not succeded. Casa de manana needs to hire a contractor to fix it. Its amazing how they have money to plant fake grass and put trees and flowers in. They now just hired contractor to add a new door and window to the office that wasent previously there. And my apartment is still the same.
