Businiess name:  Springhill Restaurant

Review content:
I used to eat here pretty frequently. The food wasn't spectacular but the restaurant feel was very down-home and it was the closest place to get a decent chicken-fried steak with mashed potatoes, cream gravy, and fried okra. Service was always friendly and acceptable. Now I won't set foot in the place. Why? Because they entered into a contract to sell gift certificates on Restaurant dot com and then refused to honor them. That makes them liars and guilty of deceptive business practices. Restaurant dot com is a good website and I'd never had problems with any of the restaurants they partnered with until now. I bought 4 of the gift certificates only to discover a sign on Springhill's door stating ""We will no longer honor gift certificates from Restaurant dot com. Sorry for the inconvenience."" If you want an acceptable meal priced a little high from crooks, this is the place to go. I'd rather spend my money at an honest establishment.
