I just have to say that Chuck and the guys at the austin sun and ski are great. I had a problem with my colnago road bike and they went out of their way to help me. I was surprised that they could help, since they did not carry my bike and I did not buy it from them. I will, however buy my next bike and all of my parts from them. I also liked that they talked to me in ENGLISH and not all of that tech talk crap that I get at my old shop. Thanks alot Chuck!
