This company is untrustworthy!! Avoid them!! This guy came out and started out by saying he could ONLY help us eliminate pests in our built in barbecue if we signed up for his service. He had us cancel the service we had for several years because he billed his company as specialist in eliminating field mice. We live at the base of the mountain with a lot of empty field space. He said he could help us but only if we signed up for regular service. He charged us a hefty fee to get started. We paid the fee, because it was to include several service calls and cleanup of any droppings. First, he started off by lying and saying he came and serviced our home when we were not home. We knew he was lying because our gate is kept locked. When caught in his lie, he blamed it on his technicians. He said they must have lied to him. He never honored our agreement. He never came out for the contracted service calls or performed any cleanup. When we asked why we had not heard from his company he said he must have had the wrong number. When we insisted that he complete what we paid him for, he tried to get even more money out of us. He repeatedly failed to return our calls. After bugging him for months, he said he could not service our home because he only worked early hours and our gate would be locked. He used this excuse even though he never mentioned this condition before taking our money. Our initial meeting with him was late afternoon and he had no problem coming out to collect our hefty payment!! This was the most awful, untrustworthy service I've experienced in a long time. I would AVOID this company!! I would not recommend him to ANYONE!!!\r
