My experience with Five Star turned out to be just stellar. I first was suspicious because they didn't have a BBB eating and there were a few bad things on yelp, but it seemed to have to do with something other than the moving company. They came recommended to me by a different movers who did not do out of state moves. I needed to move some things from my storage unit in Reno to my daughter's apartment in Boston. The estimate they gave me was in my price range, and it turned out to be less than the estimate. They were completely honest and flexible. They showed up on the day we had arranged, and they were right on the ball. The two movers that came were completely professional, and wrapped everything up perfectly. The items ended up arriving sooner than they had first told me. I was surprised because I was prepared to have a lot of shenanigans with a cross country move. It turned out Don was able to explain all the steps much more clearly than anyone else I talked to.
