I brought my sad Saab into Lou's last Friday for diagnosis of my rusted out exhaust system. They worked with me to find a solution that would be both safe and more affordable than other quotes I had gotten. Since exhaust work is their specialty, they can come up with solutions that other mechanics might not bother to, or be able to do. They also explained the process to me clearly and didn't treat me like I ""wouldn't understand"" like many mechanics tend to do. I wasn't going to leave the car because I had to go to work, but they offered to drive me to work, which is a good 20 minutes away. They also took my car to a local inspection place and got the car inspected for me during the day. I picked up the car that evening and it's as good as new. You would never get this kind of service at one of the larger chains or the ""high end"" foreign car shops. I will definitely go back for future service, and recommend Lou's to anyone I know.
