I recently enrolled at the Medi Loss Weight Clinic run by Dr Kim Dang and Dr Pollard in Los Gatos. Whilst they may be very good OB-GYN's, their staff that run the Medi Loss Weight Clinic are not. The initial orientation and ongoing support by the staff was very poor. The staff are impersonal, disorganized, provide incomplete information and did not care to connect with me, understand my weight loss situation or goals. The staff have not been encouraging or motivating. They rush you in and out and don't take the time to support you through your weight loss journey. The program is not cheap and it appears that they just wanted my money. They seam to care less if you are successful or not. Seams a little counter intuitive. Any weight loss program without the right support is useless. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this clinic to anyone unless the staff are replaced with professionals who are well trained and passionate about their important role. Very disappointed as I had read such good reviews about other centres in the country.
