Review content:
They did not explain to me that my membership did not automatically end at the end of the year. They renew it for me and continue to charge me. I signed up with them for one year in November of 2004. December 2007 I got a call from a collections agency and they are telling me that I owe Body Factory $500. No way! They're saying that my membership didn't expire and that they have been billing me for years. Anyway, they're going to have to take me to court to get that money.
