their equipment is old and needs lubrication. the members and staff are not friendly. you can see the people in the pool and they can see you and they are not attractive to look at what so ever. they don't explain to you that you need a written and signed document to be turned in to them in order for them to accept your cancellation... so about a year after i told them that i quit a collection agency contacted me telling me that my credit will be harmed if i don't pay $500!!! i talked them down to $200... whoopie! i am very upset and would not recommend body factory to anyone, ever!
