Review content:
In June of 2007 I purchased a HP laptop computer for $749.99 and a three year warranty for an additional $180.00 and other additional items totaling $1,051.31. I have had problems continuously since I purchased this computer. I have had repaired in the store three times and sent out for repairs three additional times. So, in total I have had my computer in for repairs six times. \r \r Today I received a call that I should come to the store and the computer would be replaced due to the excessiveness of the repairs. I arrived at the store and chose a comparable computer (similar in price). I then was told that I would only be given $500.00 credit for the computer that I have and the balance would need to be paid out of my own pocket. I was dealing with Nicole and received below satisfactory customer service while discussing this with her.\r \r I then asked to speak to the manager on duty and was directed to Chip Morgan. He proceeded to continuously ask if I understood him (just because I am of a different ethnicity) and repeated himself over and over again. He was getting very vocal with me and came to a point where he was yelling these things at me in the middle of the store in front of my family and all of the other customers. I then proceeded to try to get his attention back to the issue at hand and explain that I did understand, but that he wasn't hearing my point of view that I have made repeated attempts to have the problems with my computer fixed and that I should just get a new computer without having to pay another amount of money out of my pocket. \r \r Chip then went to the back and Cami Brooks called the police. They came and left but Cami also decided to come and try to give me a hard time about the computer. \r \r At that time I was done with the whole situation, and left. I can assure you that if i could, I would return the thousands of dollars in merchandise (multiple televisions, video cameras, digital cameras, video games, etc) my family and I have purchased from Best Buy. I now have lost all of my confidence in your store, your products and especially your customer service. \r \r Please forward a copy of this e-mail to your district manager and all other upper level management so that they are aware of the behavior by the staff and the managers on duty in this store. \r Pros: NONE NONE NONE Cons: TERRIBLE SERVICE
