Sunstone Yoga is fantastic!!!!!! The instructors are great, giving personal attention during each class to obtain correct technique as well as benefit. I lost 4 inches during my 10 classes for $10.00 trial period!! Best 10.00 I have invested to date!!!!! I also have received health benefits specifically my knees, in the first 2 weeks that I haven't had results with in over 30 years of physical therapy and weight training. The facilities and class availability are wonderful. I plan all my days off around my yoga classes as my work schedule won't permit attending class on work days. I have recommended Sunstone Yoga to friends and family and will continue to do so. :)
