If you have never tried yoga before you have got to try Sunstone Yoga in Rockwall, TX.\r
I was so sceptical of what yoga was all about before I went and tried a class and the instructor that took me through the FIRE class, which they recommend to begin with was so kind and instructional. I was a little nervous about the heat at first, but once I relaxed in the room before class began I was beginning to feeI more comfortable. The class started and I wasn't sure what to expect, but once I got warmed up and started sweating I actually started to feel more energized and invigorated. (Fans are circulating in the room the entire time too:), so it isn't so bad). The facility is beautiful and their bathrooms are huge, with showers and a great changing facility. I can't wait to get back and I recommend anyone who hasn't to try Sunstone Yoga in Rockwall. They say all people ages and sizes attend and they are right. All age groups were in the class and it was nice to really see that!
Pros: very clean and spacious, and the instructors I met we so nice and welcoming!
