Iwant to thank you and your outstanding staff for helping me feel like a kid again. As a 70 year old senior, I began yoga with aches, pains and a tired body. With your help, support and enthusiasm, I gained more vigor, energy and strength. Futher, with the added benefit of hot yoga, my body became more flexible, and I lost unwanted pounds. In addition to the physical gains, I feel emotionally calmer and more confident. Thanks again for helping me discover parts of myself that I didn't know existed.\r
