My car was hit while parked by the driver Bobby which he proposed to pay me for the damages out of his pocket which I was ok with it as long as my vehicle was fixed. When I gave Metro Towing the estimate they wanted to back out from it by not accepting my phone calls, so I had my insurance carrier call them to do the 3rd party claim when they denied giving out the Insurance companies name. They expect me to wait untill they feel like paying me. I had to write to the BBB, this is unacceptable from these people. They never want to take responsabilities for their mistakes. If you dont know how to manuver a Tow truck then dont freaking drive one. HELLLOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
