Robbie and one of his helpers came out to our house today and installed a chimney cover, cleaned out vacant chimney swift nests, repaired our cracked chimney cap and did so all while smiling and educating us. Robbie kept the work area very clean and was extremely helpful and honest about what he was finding and what needed to be done. He was able to answer all of our questions proficiently and is probably one of the friendliest men I have met. We will not hesitate to call Mr Smokestack or to recommend them to anyone in need of excellent service with a smile. \r
