If you are having trouble finding an Emergency Room that actually still believes the customer is first, go to Framingham Union Hospital or Leonard Morris Hospital. MetroWest Emergency Physicians rotate through Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, and Leonard Morris Hospital in Natick. They are fantastic. They know you want to be seen quickly and promise that you will be seen in 30 minutes (by a doctor)! You will be impressed with their credentials and their pediatric emergency docs are affiliated with Children's Hospital. If you are looking for the community comfort feel, with prompt service and thorough evaluation, definitely go to Framingham Union or Leonard Morris. This place also has top-notch emergent cardiology services for catheterization and state-of-the-art stroke services.
