New to Austin and desperatly needing a cut and color, I resorted to trying my luck at finding a salon online. I came across Jezelle here on City Search and was just so impressed with all of her great reviews I thought I would give her a try. My hair is thick with unruly waves.In the past I have been given many cuts that just do not work with my hair type. I went to Jezelle and knew exactly what I wanted to get and was pretty vocal about it. Sometimes the stylist you end up with does not really listen and tends to go off on what they think will work best.... However, I was really impressed that Jezelle really listened and got the concept right away. She said you are in charge you just tell me what to do! I did have a few questions about the highlights and she answered all of them confidently and made me feel at ease. I just got back from a trip to NY for a bridal shower and no kidding got complimented on my hair almost a dozen times...I have never had a hair cut that got that kind of reaction!!! I am super pleased and will be going back to see Jezelle.
